How Pay The Dølls handles your data. Last updated: 2026.
Account details (name, email, handle), content you publish (listings, campaigns, images), transaction metadata, and basic device/usage data. Sensitive payment and identity data (card numbers, bank details, SSN/EIN for payouts) is collected and held by Stripe — PTD never sees or stores it.
To operate the marketplace and fundraising tools, process orders and payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, send transactional email (receipts, campaign updates), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Stripe (payments, Connect payouts, KYC), our hosting and database providers, and an email provider for transactional mail. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
We use essential cookies for sign-in and cart state, and minimal analytics to understand usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
We share data only with the processors above, when required by law, or to protect against fraud and abuse. Public content you post (campaign pages, storefronts) is, by design, public.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email a request to hello@paythedolls.com. Some records (e.g. transaction history) may be retained where law requires.
We keep data only as long as needed to run the platform and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
PTD is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here. Privacy questions: hello@paythedolls.com · Studio Zo LLC, New York.
