The terms that govern use of Pay The Dølls. Last updated: 2026.
Pay The Dølls™ ("PTD," "we," "us") is a cultural commerce platform operated by Studio Zo LLC, a for-profit company based in New York. PTD is a marketplace and fundraising platform — not a 501(c)(3), not a payment processor, and not a financial advisor. Payments are processed by Stripe; you are also bound by Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PTD. The marketplace and fundraising tools are open to everyone. Verse Capital grants are reserved for the trans community.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Platform fees are explicit and fixed: 3% on fundraiser donations (the donor covers the fee, so the recipient receives 100% of the gift), 6% on partner-brand sales (seller keeps 94%), 9% on launch-a-store sales (seller keeps 91%). Stripe processing (~2.9% + $0.30) is a passthrough we do not retain. There are no tipping prompts, listing fees, or subscription gates.
Sellers keep their IP, audience, and the right to leave. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and campaigns, fulfillment of orders, and the lawful use of funds raised. Fundraisers are direct peer-to-peer transfers and are not tax-deductible donations.
No fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, illegal goods, or infringement of others’ rights. We may remove any listing or campaign and reverse associated transactions where abuse is found.
Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account on Stripe’s schedule. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before funds are released. We are not liable for delays caused by verification or by your payout provider.
100% of platform net (platform fees minus real operating costs) flows into Verse Capital, a fund reserved for the trans community. Participation in the platform does not entitle you to a grant, equity, or any return from the fund.
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Zo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: hello@paythedolls.com.
