From the Sanskrit word for flow. Brutalist architecture meets functional footwear. A full-grain cow leather upper over a lightweight high-density sponge platform, welted and hand-stitched. An extended leather lace wraps four to five times around an extra-wide shaft, over a concealed full-length YKK zip. All black, every seam tonal. Business in the front, drama in the back.

02 · The origin
Born in Bali
CRÜZØR started the way a lot of good things do. Somebody got laid off. My best friend Andrew got let go, my own head was underwater, and we did the only reasonable thing two queers can do when the ground gives out. We went to Bali.
Somewhere up a mountain, on a hike to a waterfall, cackling about the ten-dollar water shoes he refused to take off, it hit us. What are the two things the gays love most? Party and travel. And how do we do it best? We cruise. Cruising in your CRÜZØRs. And thus the name for our fictional footwear house was born.
When I returned to New York City; some ideas just stick with you. I would endlessly search for the perfect rave boot: day to night to day night. But I was always annoyed with the construction; sizing; options, & style. When I started dating my partner Taylor; I set out to find the perfect rave boot - but I quickly realized this was a nearly impossible task; as most sizes for female boots stop at 10. I set out to change that --

Orders, returns & made slowly
Orders & shipping
How long until I get my boots
Every pair is made to order, so nothing ships the same day. Allow 6 to 10 days for us to build them and 5 to 7 days in transit, which is roughly two to three weeks door to door. You get a tracking link the moment they leave the workshop.
What does shipping cost
Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide and the price you see is the price you pay. There is no shipping line added at checkout.
Can you rush it
Sometimes, for the cost of the faster service. Email diva@paythedolls.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether the date you need is possible. We would rather turn the order down than miss it.
Will I be charged customs or duty
Outside the US, possibly. International orders ship with duties unpaid, so any customs charge your country applies is yours to pay. We cannot calculate it in advance or refund it afterwards.
Can I change or cancel my order
Yes, if you catch it before we cut. Email diva@paythedolls.com as soon as you know. Once a pair is in production it is already made for your foot, so a change becomes an exchange.
Returns & exchanges
What is the return policy
Exchange or store credit, within 14 days of delivery. We do not do cash refunds on made-to-order footwear, because your pair was cut for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.
Who pays return shipping
You do, in both directions, along with any duty on the return leg. That is why we would rather spend ten minutes getting your size right before you order than have you post a boot back across the world.
What condition do they need to be in
The condition they left in. Try them on indoors, on a clean floor. Anything worn outside, scuffed, creased, or missing its box cannot be exchanged.
