SEND US YOUR BRAND INFO

store URL, brand name as you want it displayed, 2-3 sentence bio, logo (PNG/SVG), optional hero banner. ~5 minutes.

INSTALL SHOPIFY'S HEADLESS APP

In your Shopify admin → Apps → search 'Headless' (by Shopify) → Install → Create storefront → Storefront API → copy Public access token. Send us the token via 1Password or Signal. Never email. ~10 minutes.

INSTALL THE SALE WEBHOOK

Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → Create webhook → Event: 'Order payment', URL we give you, JSON format. Then copy the webhook signing secret and send it our way. ~10 minutes.

WE WIRE + TEST

We add you to PTD with your token + secret. We send you a test product URL. You complete a $1 test order from your phone. We confirm the sale was recorded with the platform fee applied. You're live.

QUESTIONS

THE OBVIOUS ONES

DO YOU TAKE A CUT OF NON-PTD SALES?

No. Only sales tagged ?ref=ptd-{your-handle} count. Direct, instagram, google, your own newsletter. Those are yours. We don't see them.

WHO OWNS THE CUSTOMER?

You do. Customers buy on YOUR Shopify checkout. We never see customer PII. You can market to them however you like.

CAN I LEAVE WHENEVER?

Yes. Email us, we remove your listing within 24 hours. You can keep or uninstall the webhook. Either works. No fees owed after the listing comes down.

WHAT IF I REFUND A PTD-DRIVEN SALE?

Today: you tell us, we issue a credit on the next invoice. Future: automated via Shopify refund webhook. Either way, you pay zero on returned money.

WHAT TIER IS RIGHT FOR ME?

If you've never heard of headless commerce, start at Tier 1. If you want PTD to BE your storefront for buyers we drive, Tier 2. If you're considering leaving Shopify, talk to us about Tier 3.

DO I NEED SHOPIFY PLUS?

No. Tier 1 and Tier 2 work on every Shopify plan including Basic. Plus is only relevant if you want full custom checkout (not required for either tier).
