The mark is not for sale. It is for licence. This is the operational version of the licensing page: what exists to license, what a deal looks like, and what we will not sign.

What can be licensed
- The wordmark. On product, on packaging, in a campaign.
- Packaging and wrappers. The system applied to your goods.
- Co-brand. Two marks, one product, both named.
- Co-sponsorship. Events, activations, and things that happen in a room.
The formats
| Format | Shape | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Collab drop | One product, one season, defined run | Testing the audience with a limited piece. |
| Licensed line | A range, a term, a territory | Ongoing product carrying the mark. |
| Strategic partnership | Broader than product | Multi-surface, usually with a mission component. |
No rate card is published, deliberately. A licence is priced against term, territory, exclusivity, category and volume, and a single number would be wrong for every deal that is not the median one. Formats are public. Rates are a conversation.
What a licensee is actually buying
Not a graphic. A queer-owned, federally registered mark with a community attached to it, and the standing to use it without the exposure that comes from borrowing the aesthetic without the permission.
That is the whole proposition, and it is why the answer to “can we just do it in-house” is that you can, and it will read as exactly what it is.
Non-negotiables
- Approval on every application. Artwork, product, packaging and campaign, before production. Not a courtesy review after.
- The Ø is not optional. The mark is reproduced as supplied. No re-drawing, re-spacing, re-colouring or rotating.
- Term, territory and category are written down. Nothing is implied and nothing renews automatically.
- No sublicensing without written consent.
- We can end it for misuse. Reproduction rules are in The marks.
What we decline
- One-month Pride activations from brands with no queer people in the building.
- Anything that would put the mark on a product we would not sell ourselves.
- Category exclusivity in exchange for exposure rather than money.
- Deals where the community is the deliverable.
Licensing revenue is company revenue. It is not earmarked for Vers Capital, which is funded by CLUB dues and nothing else.
