An account is optional to buy and required to be a member. Everything it holds is listed below, including the parts you can delete.
What it gives you
- Order history. Every order, with the house and tracking on each line.
- Saved addresses. Shipping and billing, reusable at checkout.
- Store credit balance, if you hold any.
- CLUB membership. Tier, billing cadence and renewal date. Free shipping only resolves against a signed-in member account.
A guest order is a real order and carries every protection a member order has. It just is not listed anywhere you can reach, so the confirmation email is your only copy. Keep it.
Signing in
- Email and password, at /login.
- Forgotten it, use /forgot-password. A reset link is emailed to the address on the account.
- The link is single use and expires. Request another if it has gone stale.
- No email arriving usually means the address never had an account on it. Check for a typo before assuming a fault.
Changing your details
| Field | Where | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Password | Account settings | Immediately |
| Account settings | New orders. Past receipts keep the old address | |
| Shipping address | Account settings | New orders only |
| Payment method | Checkout | Nothing is stored on the account by us |
What we store
| Data | Held? | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, addresses | Yes | Needed to ship and to contact you |
| Order and payout history | Yes | Retained for accounting and tax |
| Card numbers | No | Entered on a hosted field and held by the processor. We never see them |
| Passwords | Hashed only | Not recoverable, which is why a reset issues a new one |

Deleting your account
Email diva@paythedolls.com from the address on the account. Two things you should know before you do:
- Cancel your CLUB membership first. Deleting the account does not stop the billing, because the subscription and the login are separate records. See Billing.
- Order records survive deletion. We are required to keep transaction history for accounting and tax. Your login, addresses and marketing consent go. The financial record does not, and no amount of asking changes that.
Unspent store credit is forfeited on deletion. Spend it first.
