Attribution is the name on the order, not a click and not a cookie. That is a deliberately narrow rule. It cannot be gamed by link stuffing, and the member knows exactly who they credited.

Why it compounds

Three members. One year.

One DL member who stays a year is $48. Ten of them is $480. The work is done once and the payment is not.

The upper rungs hand a member store credit every month, and the referral is taken on what is left after it. That is what keeps the rate at 80% on every rung instead of a smaller number on all of them. Prices and credit come from the tier board, which is the one place they are written.

The rules

Short, and all of them enforced.

01No referring yourself. Your own code on your own membership does not count, and it is the one thing we check every time.
02Say you are getting paid. Disclosure is a legal requirement in most places, not a courtesy. It also converts better.
03A refunded or charged-back payment reverses it. Earnings hold for 30 days before they are payable. Nothing already paid on a clean cycle is ever clawed back.
04They cancel, it stops. No penalty, no balance owed. The lane just ends.
05Codes on coupon sites are switched off.This is a name you give people, not a discount to scrape. It changes nobody’s price.
06It is income. A W-9 before your first payout, a 1099-NEC above $600 in a calendar year. Nothing here is tax advice.

Payouts are run by hand today and we tell you what you are owed. The self-serve dashboard is not built, so if a number looks wrong, ask, and assume we are the ones who are wrong until it is checked.
